• Orders and Payment

1.1. You may place an order for products displayed on our website by following the ordering process. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

1.2. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order, and we accept payment by credit or debit card.

• Delivery and Shipping

2.1. We will deliver the products to the address you provide during the ordering process. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 Business days, and delivery times will depend on your location.

2.2. We offer shipping to addresses within the United States only. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process.

• Returns and Refunds

3.1. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3.2. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products within 14 days of receiving them.

• Product Warranty

4.1. We offer a one-year warranty on all products sold by FlockyPets. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

4.2. If you believe that a product you purchased from us is defective, please contact us within the warranty period to arrange a repair or replacement.

• Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullionCollectors™ will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products we sell.

5.2. Our liability for direct damages will be limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

6.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States

• Limitation of liability:

Our store shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
